Do I have to sign a long term contract?

We dislike sign-up fees, cancellation fees and long-term contracts. We believe you do too so you will find none of those here.

CafePepper is a pay-as-you-go service. If you cancel, you will not be billed again.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.

Do you share or sell my information to anyone?

No. That would be evil. We treat your information like it is our own and keep it confidential. Please note that we will never ask you to provide your login or password information.

Can I change plans at any time?

Of course! And it's really easy. Simply go to site info -> site plan and you'll see your options. There is never a fee to change your plan. Just select what you need when you need it.

 

How does the 30 day free trial work?

If you cancel your account prior to the 30th day of your free trial, you will not be charged. Accounts are billed on the same day each month for that month's services. Any account overages or upgrades, will be included in the next month's billing.

How reliable is CafePepper?

While no one can promise 100% uptime, we make every reasonable effort to ensure the highest possible availability. CafePepper is powered by a cluster of servers built on Amazon's EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud). Utilizing EC2, allows us to handle spikes in traffic and quickly scale the size of our network. Any scheduled downtime is performed at off-peak times such as late evening or weekends.

What web browsers work with CafePepper?

Internet Explorer 7 or 8, Firefox 3 and higher, Safari 4, and Chrome 4.
