You have a few options. There is help provided within the CafePepper site building tool. You can generally access help by clicking on the term in question, the "quick reference bar" or the question mark. If you still don't find what you are looking for you can ask for help via our support form on cafepepper.com.
Absolutely! We will respond the same day during business hours (9am-5pm Monday-Friday MST).
You can have your site up and running in a few minutes or a couple of hours, depending upon how much content you want to include and how much fun you are having playing with all of your color options.
As many as you need. Just keep in mind your site is displaying in a small phone and not on a big screen tv.
You can choose whatever colors you like with the "color picker" or select one of our readymade color combos.
Once you "edit" content for a page you simply click "view" to see how your site appears in a smart phone.
You can add click to call, click to map, Facebook and Twitter. You can also add "back" and "home" buttons so your customer may easily surf your site. You can even choose what type of navigation your site has: tabs, mobile navigation, or both.
We provide the "mobile redirect code" for you to cut and paste into your existing site. This code will enable your existing site to recognize a mobile device and send them along to your mobile web site. (Your customers will thank you.)
Your customer looks up your full screen website from their mobile device. Your website recognizes that a mobile device has arrived and automatically sends them to your mobile site powered by CafePepper. The customer smiles because they can view your site easily on their mobile device.
Yep. Just be sure to include key words in the "site info" tab. You can even add page specific key words to help the search engines track you down.
Google Analytics shows you how people found your site, how they explored it, and how you can enhance their visitor experience. Yes, CafePepper does allow you to insert the Google Analytics code into your mobile site. Simply go to the “site info” tab and you’ll see where to insert the code provided by Google Analytics.

If you cancel your account prior to the 30th day of your free trial, you will not be charged. If you sign up for an account, and you fail to cancel your account within 30 days, you will be billed monthly, starting on the 31st day of service. Accounts are billed on the same day each month for that month's services. Any account overages or upgrades, will be included in the next month's billing.
The Service is billed on a monthly basis for services provided in that particular month and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for unused months on an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
Of course! And it's really easy. Simply go to site info -> site plan and you'll see your options. There is never a fee to change your plan. Just select what you need when you need it.
No. That would be evil. We treat your information like it is our own and keep it confidential.
For additional security, please do not share your login information unnecessarily. And please note that we will never ask you to provide your login or password information.
You bet. We make all reasonable efforts to secure and safeguard your data. Backing up our systems is not an extra process for us, it's built in. Our databases, for example, are continuously copied to Amazon's trusted S3 service. The elastic nature of the platform we use (Amazon EC2) mandates forethought in data security and has resulted in a very fault tolerant system that always keeps your data safe. FYI, your files are stored and served directly from S3.
While no one can promise 100% uptime, we make every reasonable effort to ensure the highest possible availability. CafePepper is powered by a cluster of servers built on Amazon's EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud). Utilizing EC2, allows us to handle spikes in traffic and quickly scale the size of our network. Any scheduled downtime is performed at off-peak times such as late evening or weekends.
You have the option to “archive” your site, which keeps your site handy while not in use. If you decide to reactivate an archived site, you can do so in no time. If you decide to “delete” your site, you’ve done just that – “deleted” it. At that point, once it’s gone it’s gone.
